Empire Contractors recycle metals, dirt, concrete, asphalt, cardboard, and green-waste (trees, shrubs, clean wood).  The above pictures were taken of a major recycle job in progress.  Large blocks of concrete were initially broken up into smaller chunks then processed through the mobile crusher (picture on left) which crushed up the concrete into engineered fill and was reused onsite.  The steel from this job was also separated and recycled at the scrap yard (picture on right).

Empire Contractors can help your company or project be GREEN and LEED compliant by exploring possible waste reduction strategies that can in turn help extend the life of the local land fills while passing extra savings to your business.

Empire Contractors & its subsidiary, Empire Waste Systems, can help any jobsite achieve high recycling standards for construction and demolition projects of all sizes. Please contact our office for more information on how Empire can help your project go GREEN and stay Earth-Friendly.
